Download Movut, create your account with your email, Apple or Google, and follow the first steps: your North Star, a goal and a project. In a few minutes you'll have your steps for today.

You get a three-day free trial. After that, €4.99 a month. If you don't continue, you can still view and export everything you wrote.

• iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Movut › Cancel Subscription. Or from Movut: Settings › Subscription.
• Android: Google Play › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Movut › Cancel.

You keep access until the end of the paid period.

Your account is open on one device at a time. If you sign in on another, Movut asks whether to open it there; if you say yes, it closes on the previous one. Your data comes with you.

On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot your password?”. We'll email a 6-digit code to your account address and you choose a new password.

In Movut: Settings › Data › Export my data. You get a readable file with everything you've written.

In Movut: Settings › Data › Delete account. If you no longer have the app, here's how to request it.
